Evolution of methods and models of development of socio-economic systems in the period of economic transformation

Theoretical and methodological aspects of the sustainable development of socio-economic systems in the period of the formation of a market economy are investigated. The factors of the external environment that lead the socio-economic systems to a nonequilibrium state are described. The analysis of evolution in conditions of uncertainty and risk of methods and models of development of social and economic systems during the transformation of the economy is carried out. In the context of the transition to a higher level of information and communication technologies, globalization and the diversity of competition, the management model of hierarchical systems is exhausted and the need for a transition of models with knowledge bases is used to reduce the level of uncertainty in the influence of the external environment on the conditions of functioning of socio-economic systems.

Keywords: socio-economic system, globalization, stability, nonequilibrium state.
