На основі фундаментальних фактів, ідей і системних методологій, на вищому рівні формалізації, розроблено та змістовно інтерпретовано базисні системотворчі елементи, конструктиви моделювання, загальну модель, моделі успадкування та реєстру задач із метою систематичного поліпшення розуміння прогресу результатів, якості продуктів, послуг та прийняття обґрунтованих рішень на базі методів та інструментів аналізу даних навчання суб’єкта впродовж життя за допомогою доступної системи керування.
